Yes, a little.But if you have your screen set to blank after 30 or 60 seconds ofidle time, our testing shows the increased battery usage isnegligible. If you leave it running for 30 minutes, yes, it willconsume more battery. When the wallpaper is not on the screen, itis using no cpu/battery. If you like having some wow on yourscreen, we think you'll find Ephex worth the little bit of batteryfor everyday use.If Ephex gets good ratings on Google Play, we'll add more effectsover time.This took many hours to develop so an upgrade option is provided asa tip jar.
